Job Description
EMBASE Pro Suit Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Higher Education Solutions Consultant to engage with colleges and universities, understand their academic and administrative requirements, and promote our higher education ERP and digital transformation solutions.
The candidate will build relationships with educational institutions, conduct product demonstrations, identify business opportunities, and help institutions adopt technology-driven solutions to improve academic administration, examination management, and institutional quality assurance.
Professionals with experience as assistant professors, Controllers of Examinations (CoE), IQAC coordinators, academic administrators, ERP consultants, or system administrators are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective colleges and universities in the Vellore region.
- Understand institutional requirements related to academics, examinations, IQAC, accreditation, and administration.
- Present and demonstrate EMBASE's higher education ERP solutions to institutional decision-makers.
- Build strong relationships with college management, principals, directors, faculty members, and administrative teams.
- Generate business leads, follow up on opportunities, prepare proposals, and support sales closures.
- Achieve assigned business targets and maintain regular activity and sales reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in higher education, institutional administration, business development, or software/ERP sales is preferred.
- Experience as an assistant professor, Controller of Examinations (CoE), IQAC coordinator, NAAC/NBA coordinator, academic administrator, ERP consultant, or system administrator will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand institutional challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Willingness to travel for college visits and client meetings.
