Your Mission
As Operations Executive – Client Support, you’ll be the connective tissue between our ERP engine and real-world academic institutions. You'll ensure our client campuses experience seamless onboarding, smooth troubleshooting, and continual success with our platform.
As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of ERP solutions across educational institutions and business clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate installations, training, client onboarding, and post-implementation support.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and client-focused, with a passion for problem-solving and operational excellence.
