1.  Added a new Scholarship Collection Report with single/multiple scholarship account selection, multi-select Admission Year filter, column-based Print and Export, default pagination of 100 records, and Excel export of all data.

1. Migrated Collection Register (C) from Admin App to Finance App, redesigned it using the Fuse Design System, added Online Payment Reference/Transaction ID to the data table, and fixed the data loading issue.

Finance App - Finance Reports - Receipt & Payment Report - Print Design Update

1.  Updated the Receipt & Payment Report print layout to match the existing Export format for consistent report presentation.

COE - Theory/practical papers ( Practical Exam management – Attendance Sheet & Attendance Marking) - Application 

1.  Implemented separate attendance sheets and attendance marking for Theory and Practical examinations, including component-wise timetable display, attendance carry-forward from Mark Entry to Day-wise Attendance, independent attendance tracking, and result processing that considers both components, with failure when a student is absent from either mandatory component.

COE - Booklet Number Visibility for Evaluators - Option Needed in multiple places

1.  Extended the Booklet Number Visibility for Evaluators option to individual bundle creation in Automatic Mode and multiple bundle creation, ensuring the selected visibility settings are applied consistently to the respective bundles and evaluators.

COE - ABC report - Course mapping

1.  Implemented subject mapping using SUB1, SUB2, … SUBn during course registration, with automatic ordering based on course mode and alphabetical order, support for manual reordering, and permanent order saving to ensure consistent subject identification and accurate arrear data inclusion in the ABC Report.

Exam Application- Course List Sorting and Export Format Enhancement

1. Added ascending and descending sorting for Register No., Student Name, Admission Year, Programme, and Exam Type, ensuring the selected sorting order is preserved in exported reports.

Academics - Course Enrollment List -  Provision to Display Course Group

1. Updated the Student Verification Sheet export and print layouts to display the Course Group alongside the Course Code and Course Title for easier course category verification.

1. Added a Print option to the Faculty Timetable menu, allowing users to print the complete timetable of the selected faculty member.

Library - Book History Report 

1.  Implemented a centralized Book History Report with book title, accession number, and status filters; complete issue, return, and renewal history; sortable and paginated records; Excel export; and appropriate loading and empty states.

Exam AI - Phase 3 

1. Implemented Phase 3 enhancements, including passage question updates, question bank module assignment, question paper link validity extension, multiple set assignment, setter access management, validity display, setter dashboard KPI cards, and removal of duplicate system-generated QP codes.

Exam Ai - Question Paper– Layout and Display Changes

1.  Created Template 5 by copying the existing template and updating the question paper layout to retain only the left-side Question Paper Code, maintain a minimum 2 cm left margin, display Weightage and Total for all sections, and reduce unnecessary spacing between questions.

Exam Ai - Add Mark-Based Filter for Question Papers in Examination

1.  Added a Max Marks/Weightage filter to the Question Paper Examination screen, allowing users to filter question papers by available total marks, including 50, 70, 80, and All.

Exam Ai -QP Generation - Show Number of Questions Available to Generate 

1.  Enhanced QP Generator to display available question counts and total marks by Module, CO, K-Level, Difficulty Level, and Question Type across individual sections and all sections combined. Added required-versus-available counts during generation, including Fresh Questions and Usage Limit constraints, while accounting for questions already allocated within the same question paper and highlighting shortages.

Embase One Login Implementation - All Webapps Except COE

1. Implemented the unified Embase One Login experience across all applicable Embase Pro Suit Webapps, enabling users to access authorized applications through a single login while excluding the COE Webapp.

Certificate Management - Settings - TC Number Settings

1. Implemented TC Number Settings with configurable TC number formats and sector-wise serial number generation for Aided and Self-Financing programs. Renamed the Settings menu to Certificate Templates, adopted the Finance App navigation bar and design system, and added format retention when switching from sector-wise to common numbering.
