Finance App - Payroll Journal Posting - Summary 

1.  Implemented a summary modal in Payroll Journal Posting to display consolidated Gross Salary for Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff, along with individual deduction head details for posted and unposted payroll entries.

Finance App - Finance Settings - Fee Settings

1. Migrated Fee Settings and Fine Rules from Admin App to Finance App with both tabs, redesigned using the Fuse Design System while retaining existing functionalities, and added account mapping support for both common and individual payment gateways.

1.   Migrated the existing SMS menu from Admin Portal to Admin Console with the Fuse Design System, improved the SMS interface and SMS Report usability, and added Excel export functionality with 1-month and 3-month duration options.

COE - Student Portal & Admin - Portal Settings

1.  Implemented homepage image settings in the COE Admin Portal, allowing administrators to configure the image displayed on the Student Portal homepage.

COE - Correct the Counts of available seats, Room Sort Order 

1.  Updated room listing across Seat Reservations to follow the configured display order, added drag-and-drop room reordering in Seating Master, and corrected available seat counts across Seating Master, Reservations, Seat Reservations, and their modals to reflect blocked and additional seats accurately.

COE - Result processing > Arrear data report - Enhance Export Functionality and Rows per Column in Arrear Data Report 

1.  Enhanced the Arrear Data Report to export all available records without the 100-record limitation and increased the maximum Rows per Column limit, ensuring complete data display and export without missing or truncated records.

COE - application - Revaluation - Option Needed to restrict applications of Specific parts  

1.  Added configurable restrictions for specific subject parts in Revaluation and Photocopy applications, allowing colleges to exclude UG Part IV, PG Part II, and other selected parts based on programme/course settings. Restricted subjects will not appear as eligible for student applications.

COE - Bundling & Distribution - False Number Mapping - Attendance Filter 

1.  Added an Attendance Filter to False Number Mapping to filter students by attendance status, such as Present and Absent, with All Students selected by default.

COE - Chief Evaluator Assignment & Additional Evaluator Management

1.  Enabled initial booklet bundle mapping with only the Chief Evaluator and provided an option in the Valuation Portal for the Chief Evaluator to assign additional evaluators (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Evaluators) by selecting their designations, email addresses, and valuation permissions.

COE- Mark Entry - Implement Grace Marks/Credits Entry 

1.  Added a new Grace Marks tab in Mark Entry to allow users to enter grace marks/credits and select the Grace Mark Type for eligible FYUGP students.

COE- Registration Master Automatically Update Student Username When Registration Number Changes

1. Implemented automatic student username updates whenever a registration number is created, edited, or allocated in Registration Master, and synchronized the allocated registration number with the corresponding student profile in Admin.

Academics - FYUGP -Course Enrollment - Course Application Cycle - Updates

1.  Implemented an enhanced Course Application Cycle workflow with 13-section navigation, cycle configuration, course group and basket management, selection forms, seat reservations, rank list generation, student enrollment, class management, and audit logging in a unified workspace.

1.  Updated the Excel export to consider the selected graduation and use the corresponding report template when generating the Detailed Assessment Report.

1.  Implemented configurable TC Number Settings to manage TC number formats and automated sector-based numbering, including separate Aided and Self-Financing sequences, with the option to retain the first sector's format when switching back to a common format.

1.  Added the CAP ID field immediately after Admission Number in the Admission Register and Custom Export tabs, allowing users to view CAP IDs and include them in custom exports while retaining existing functionality.

SIS - Student Documents - TC Register - Add Admission Year and Batch Filters in TC Register  

1.  Recreated the TC Register menu in SIS and added Admission Year and Batch filters to allow users to view Transfer Certificate records based on the selected criteria.

1.  Improved question import error handling to display specific validation errors with affected row, column, or field details, and added a Reference worksheet to the downloadable Excel template explaining the permitted Part field values and format.

HRM > Easy Leave > Approved Leaves > Print - Fix Leave Availed Calculation in Easy Leave Print  

1.  Fixed the leave availed calculation in Easy Leave Print to display the cumulative leave count as of the respective application date, excluding any leaves taken afterward while following existing leave calculation rules.
