When you sign up for EMBASE Pro Suit Office, your team has access to several services, such as Student Management, Staff Management, Departments, Programs and course batch management, User Management, Attendance, Remittance, Certificates, Tutor Management and more. You can manage how these services are used with EMBASE Pro Suit Office accounts with the On or Off controls. The table below describes the features of each service at a high level, and more detail about the services and impact of the On and Off controls are available in the applicable terms and Help Center documentation. You can turn these services on or off for users by accessing EMBASE Pro Suit services in your EMBASE Pro Suit Admin console.

Note: Some services have an individual On or Off control in the Admin console and others don't. For services that don't have this control, you can turn them on or off all at once.

Turn On or Off for EMBASE Pro Suit End Users (Office, Teachers, Students, Parents)

Administrator can turn these services On or Off to different Roles(Principal, Accountant, Cashier, Student, HoD, Tutor ect.) in Admin console.
Sign In Admin Console (sign using admin console collegename.embase.in/admin)
From the Admin Console Home Page got to General Settings>Menu Control
Select Department then User Role, Menu will prompt with on off button.
